Which building fits your commute
Gakuhara in Kishiwada (1971) and Kubo in Kaizuka (1969) are 16 to 18 minutes from stations on the Hanwa Line, which runs south from Tennoji. Kagata in Kawachinagano (1963) is 15 minutes from Mikkaichicho Station on the Nankai Koya Line, and Tadaoka (1968) is 16 minutes from Tadaoka Station on the Nankai Main Line. These are different corridors, so a cheaper rent in one is not a shorter commute to your office.
In our sample, 2K layouts of about 29 to 33 m² were listed at ¥37,800 to ¥40,600, and Kagata’s 49 m² 2LDK at ¥38,200. Parking is ¥5,720 to ¥7,700 a month at these four buildings. Ask about bicycle storage if you will cycle to the station.
In Osaka City, Osaka Ikejima (1972) is 13 minutes from Asashiobashi Station, and Osaka Tsurumachi (1974) lists Nankoguchi Station at 78 minutes on foot, so it suits someone with a bike or a bus route. Senboku-Toga Tower in Sakai (1973, 14 floors, 320 units) is 12 minutes from Toga-Mikita Station, with parking at ¥8,250.
Osaka City and Osaka Prefecture are different search areas. Most Village House buildings are outside the city, so match the municipality and rail line to your workplace before you shortlist. For rents and signing costs at four operators side by side, see apartments in Osaka.
