Aichi is Village House’s largest area, with 75 buildings in 32 cities. Only two are in Nagoya, and both are towers with elevators: Kasadera Tower and Kiba Tower. The rest are walk-ups in cities from Ichinomiya to Toyohashi, so match the building to your factory, campus or office.

Kasadera Tower is in Motoshio-cho, Minami Ward, completed June 1985 in steel-reinforced concrete: 15 floors, 176 units in two buildings, with an elevator. Rooms are 2LDK and 3DK of about 58.54 m². Moto-Hoshizaki Station on the Meitetsu Nagoya Main Line is 14 to 15 minutes on foot, Kasadera Station on the JR Tokaido Main Line 16 to 18 minutes, and Moto-Kasadera Station 23 to 24 minutes. Parking is ¥6,490 a month.
On October 5 the tower showed no vacancy in either layout, so it had no rent to quote. Use the property page’s waitlist to be told when a room opens.
Kiba Tower, the other Nagoya building, was completed in 1988: 14 floors, 150 units, an elevator, 2LDK and 3DK rooms of about 62.5 m², Dotoku Station 15 minutes on foot and parking at ¥7,040.
Toyokawa (1985, 5 floors) is 14 to 15 minutes from Suwacho on the Meitetsu Toyokawa Line, with 53.08 m² 3DK at ¥47,900. Ooiwa in Toyohashi (1967) is 5 to 6 minutes from Futagawa on the JR Tokaido Main Line, with a 2K at ¥33,700. Tounoji in Inuyama (1967) is 12 to 14 minutes from Tomiokamae on the Meitetsu Hiromi Line. Kyougamine Tower in Toyota (1998, 9 floors, 141 units, with an elevator) is 38 minutes on foot from Koshido Station, so it suits drivers; so do Ishimiya in Ichinomiya and Jimei in Nishio, both 50 minutes or more from a station.
