Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and page speed without setting cookies.

Pages without them do not.

What this site collects
No account is needed, and this site sets no cookies. Every page loads Cloudflare Web Analytics, which tells us how many people visit each page, where they came from and how fast the page loaded. It does not tell us who you are.
Pages carrying advertiser links load a small tracking image from A8.net, the advertising network, when the page opens. The SIM card page, the Mobal review, the two Mobal guides (keeping your number and activation and not working), the three SIM card guides (payment, keeping your number and phone number types), the Sakura Mobile vs Mobal comparison and the PayPay guide also load one from Mobal's own affiliate program, for Mobal's links. The image counts that the advertisement was shown. Credit for a sign-up comes from clicking an advertising link, which passes through A8.net to the advertiser (Mobal links go straight to mobal.com; Sakura Mobile links pass through its own affiliate service at p.sakuramobile.jp), and can fail, for example if cookies are blocked or you sign up on another device. We receive counts of impressions, clicks and sign-ups, and nothing that identifies you.
On pages with advertiser buttons, a small script on this site counts clicks on those buttons: each click records only the page, which offer was clicked and the page's language, with no cookie, no IP address and no browser details.
What the analytics script sends
Japan's Telecommunications Business Act (外部送信規律) requires a site to list what is sent to another company, who receives it and why.

Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not track individual visitors across the sites that use it. Ad blockers usually block the script, and the page works the same without it.
What the contact form sends
The contact page is a form. Your name (optional), email address and message are emailed to the editor through Cloudflare's email service, to reply to you and to correct the site. This site does not store them.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from spam bots:

On the credit card page and the EPOS Card page, the EPOS Card banner is drawn by a script from A8.net (ad-verification.a8.net) instead of a plain link. A8 uses it to show the banner and to check that the page around it meets the advertiser's rules. It is run by the same company, and the table above covers what it sends.
The banner image itself loads from admin.admane.jp, the server A8's script names for it. That server's login page is titled TRUE Affiliate by GMO and credits GMO NIKKO Inc. (read 30 September 2026). Like any image request, it receives your IP address and your browser's user agent.

If your browser blocks third-party cookies, no cookie is sent or set. We cannot switch the image off: each program requires its ad code to be used complete, and removing it would breach the terms this site depends on.
Pages without advertising links never load it, including the residence card verification tracker. Most content blockers also block it, and the page works the same without it.
Other third parties
Pages are served through Cloudflare, which processes request data such as IP address to deliver the page and protect against abuse, under its own privacy terms.
Fonts are served from this domain, not from Google Fonts, so Google does not see your visit. Other domains are contacted only by the analytics script, the advertiser tracking images and, on the credit card page and the EPOS Card page, A8's banner script and its banner image. The contact page also loads Cloudflare's spam check, described above.
Advertising links
Some links go to advertisers through affiliate networks. Following one takes you to the advertiser's site, where that advertiser and its network may set cookies to attribute the visit. That happens on their side, under their privacy policies, and only if you click.
