Fukuoka is one of Village House’s largest areas, but it is mostly not Fukuoka City. Kitakyushu has more buildings than Fukuoka City, and the rest spread across towns from Iizuka to Omuta. Rents are low and parking is cheap, so the question is whether you can reach work from the address.

Hagiwara in Yahatanishi Ward, Kitakyushu (1964) is 3 to 4 minutes from Hagiwara Station on the Chikuho Electric Railway, with 2K and 3DK rooms listed at ¥29,600 and ¥41,600. Moji Shiranoe and Shiranoe in Moji Ward are more than 70 minutes on foot from the nearest listed station, which is on a tourist rail line, so they are for people with a car or a bus route. Setaka in Miyama (1980) is 14 to 16 minutes from Setaka Station on the JR Kagoshima Main Line.
In Fukuoka City, the eight buildings are 1970s five-floor walk-ups plus Kashiihama Tower (1987, 14 floors, 150 units, with an elevator). Yoshizuka is 9 minutes from Yoshizuka Station, Kamiwajiro 11 minutes from Wajiro Station, Kashiihama Tower 11 minutes from Nishitetsu Kashii Station and Meinohama 14 minutes from Meinohama Station. Hibaru lists its station at 50 minutes on foot.
Parking at Moji Shiranoe and Shiranoe is ¥0, and ¥4,400 to ¥10,890 at the Fukuoka City buildings. Check a bus timetable or the driving route for each address before comparing rent.
