Contact and corrections
One address, read by a person. Corrections get read first.
What to write about
- A figure that is wrong or out of date. Say which page and, if you have it, where the right number comes from. The review date on each page tells you how stale it might be.
- A provider notice we have missed. Particularly for the residence card verification tracker.
- Something that happened to you at a counter, in an app, or with a card that would not scan. What happened to you helps us fill the rows marked checking.
- Press and research. We can explain where any figure came from and point you to the Japanese source.
- Referencing our material. The tables and reference pages may be quoted or linked freely, including by universities, international associations and city offices. A link back is appreciated and not required.

What we cannot do
We cannot give individual immigration, legal, tax or financial advice, and we cannot contact a provider on your behalf.
For a case-specific immigration question
Your local prefectural international association or a licensed 行政書士 can help.
Corrections policy
When we correct a page, its review date changes. Where a figure cannot be confirmed against a provider's own page or an official source, the page shows checking instead of a number.
