Mantomi in Higashi Ward, Okayama City (1972) is 11 minutes from Mantomi Station on the JR Sanyo Main Line, with a 2K at ¥22,400 and a 1LDK at ¥31,800. Mabi Dai 2 in Kurashiki (1972) is 18 to 19 minutes from Kawabejuku Station on the Ibara Railway. Hachihama in Tamano (1968) is 17 minutes from Hachihama Station on the JR Uno Line. Tamahara, also in Tamano, lists Uno Station at 67 to 69 minutes on foot, but a bus stop is 5 to 6 minutes away.
Okayama City’s newest building, Takebe Yosida (1998, 40 units), is 15 minutes from Takebe Station and had 53.08 m² rooms at ¥31,200 (3DK) and ¥41,900 (2LDK) with free parking. Parking elsewhere is ¥0 to ¥4,400 a month, mostly ¥3,300. Without a car, choose a building with a station under 20 minutes away.
