Registering your address in Naha
Naha City runs a Consultation Center for Foreign Residents on the first floor of City Hall, at counter 2 to the left of the main entrance. An English interpreter helps with City Hall forms from 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays, with a lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00, and the city warns that an interpreter is sometimes out, so call 098-862-9955 first. The center does not process anything itself, and the city says it gives no explanation or help with lease contracts. The page does not name the counter for the moving-in notification, so ask the center where to go.
